Cambodia's famous Angkor and tourism pride attracts nearly 800,000 foreign visitors in 2023

PHNOM PENH (Xinhua): Cambodia's famed Angkor Archeological Park received 798,069 international visitors in 2023, up 177 percent from 287,454 in the previous year, said a news release on Monday.

The ancient site made US$37.1 million in revenue from ticket sales in 2023, up 222 per cent from US$11.5 million in 2022, said the news release from the state-owned Angkor Enterprise.
