Cambodia's economic growth to be above six per cent in 2024, says Singapore-based economy think-tank


PHNOM PENH (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): The Singapore-based ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO) has projected that Cambodia’s economy is set to grow by 5.3% in 2023 and 6.2% in 2024, continuing its gradual recovery.

According to the group, the Kingdom’s economy has remained resilient, bolstered by a robust recovery in tourism, increased domestic consumption, expansion in non-garment manufacturing, strong foreign direct investment (FDI), and significant infrastructure investment.
