SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): The S$13 million Group 1 prize in Monday’s (Oct 2) Toto jackpot draw was won by a single ticket.
It is the largest amount won on a ticket for a Toto draw in Singapore, a spokesman for Singapore Pools confirmed.
