Cambodian Tourism Ministry says that arrivals of foreign tourists soar in 2023; more than 250% increase since last September


PHNOM PENH (Phnom Penh Post): The Cambodian Ministry of Tourism reported a surge in foreign tourist arrivals in Cambodia for the first eight months of 2023. Over 3.5 million international visitors were recorded, marking a 250.8 per cent increase compared to the same period last year.

A significant 84.7 per cent of these travellers originated from the Asia Pacific region.
