Asean meeting fosters cooperation on halal food

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Brunei Darussalam representatives led by Director of Syariah Affairs Department Sulaiman Gemok attended the 19th Asean Working Group on Halal Food (AWGHF) Meeting hosted by Laos on Wednesday (Sept 13).

The online conference saw attendance from the Department of Agriculture and Agrifood at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism (MPRT) and Public Relations, International and MABIMS Division at the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) at the MoRA headquarters.
