THANH HOA (Vietnam News/Asia News Network): A short-circuited electric bike on charge caused a fatal fire Wednesday (July 12) night in the coastal city of Sam Son, causing two deaths.
The victims are a grandmother, aged 63, and her five-year-old grandchild.
