Two killed in military helicopter crash in Myanmar


YANGON (Xinhua): A Myanmar military helicopter crashed on Thursday (June 15) morning in Lewe Township of the Naypyidaw Union Territory, killing two people on board, the Information Team of Myanmar's State Administration Council reported.

During a training session, the military helicopter enroute to Meiktila of Mandalay Region crashed due to a technical malfunction in Lewe Township, some five miles southwest of Ledargyi Village in the township, the information team said.
