MANILA (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): Sesame Street is now home to its first Filipino muppet, in a nod to diversity and a more inclusive representation of Asian communities in the United States that have recently been the target of racially motivated hate crimes.

The new character on probably the most famous street in the world is four-year-old TJ.
