Brunei spending more than revenue to ensure welfare of the people


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Brunei has been spending more than it receives in revenue to ensure the welfare of the people.

This was said by Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Mohd Amin Liew Abdullah during the 19th Legislative Council (LegCo) session yesterday, adding that it is also used to lure foreign direct investment (FDI), expand micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and develop the human resource.
