MANILA, Feb 14 (dpa): A 42-year-old German national who has been on the run for nearly a decade was arrested in the Philippines on accusations he killed his cousin in Berlin with a samurai sword.
The man was taken into custody on January 31 in his house in the municipality of Tuba, some 200 kilometres north of Manila, according to Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco.
