Cambodia requests UN deployment of additional forces and equipment to South Sudan

PHNOM PENH, Nov 27 (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): Sem Sovanny, director-general of the National Centre for Peacekeeping Forces (NPMEC), asked that UN officials approve the deployment of 46 additional Cambodian blue-helmet peacekeepers and equipment to the UN peacekeeping mission in South Sudan.

In particular, floating bridges are needed by the UN peacekeepers.
