BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): More than 3.28 million rai across 25 provinces in the North, the Northeast, the Central region and the East have been affected by floods, the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) said on Tuesday (Oct 4).
GISTDA reported the flood situation after studying information from the Sentinel-1 satellite.
