Indonesia reports 7,951 new Covid-19 cases and 188 more deaths on Saturday (March 19)

JAKARTA, March 19 (Xinhua): Indonesia on Saturday confirmed 7,951 new Covid-19 cases, raising its tally of infections to 5,956,561, the country's health ministry said.

According to the ministry, the death toll from Covid-19 in the country rose by 188 to 153,599, while 24,008 more people recovered from the disease during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 5,573,228.
