Brunei unveils legislative meeting to discuss yearly fiscal budget


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Feb. 25 (Xinhua): Brunei officially unveil the 18th Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting on Thursday, with government budget, development plans, post-pandemic recovery on the table for discussion.

The annual parliamentary session was inaugurated by Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah and will focus on the deliberation and approval of the fiscal budget bill for the financial year 2022 to 2023, which will come into effect on April 1, 2022.
