Hong Kong to suspend non-essential public services until Feb 18

HONG KONG (China Daily/Asia News Network): The Hong Kong government has announced that non-essential public services will be suspended until Feb 18 as it extended the work-from-home arrangements for most employees.

In a statement, a spokesman for the government said aside from staff providing emergency and essential public services as well as those involved in anti-epidemic efforts, all government employees will continue to work from home as far as possible until Feb 18.
