Myanmar reports three new Omicron cases

YANGON (Xinhua): Myanmar reported three new cases of Omicron variant of Covid-19 on Tuesday (Jan 11), taking the country's tally to 19, according to the Ministry of Health.

The ministry said the mutant Covid-19 strain was found in three samples of returnees from India after four laboratory samples of returnees were tested recently.
