Brunei: Non-oil and gas sector records growth in Quarter 3, 2021

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Jan 9 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): In the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, Brunei's gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate declined by 2.2 per cent year-on-year.

This was due to a decrease in the oil and gas sector by 5.3 per cent. The non-oil and gas sector, however, recorded an increase of one per cent.
