JAKARTA (The Jakarta Post/Asia News Network): Bank Indonesia (BI) announced the launch of Bank Indonesia Fast Payment (BI-FAST) in a virtual launch ceremony on Tuesday (Dec 22).
BI-FAST is a new app-based payment system that facilitates retail payment services for the public. In his opening remarks, BI Governor Perry Warjiyo said BI-FAST was part of the 2025 Indonesia Payment System Blueprint (BSPI).
