Vietnam wins election to Unesco Executive Board for 2021-25 term

PARIS (Vietnam News/Asia News Network): Vietnam has become a member of the Executive Board of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Uneco) for 2021-25, with 163 votes out of the 178 members, or 92 per cent, during the 41st session of the General Conference of Unesco held on Nov 17 in Paris, France.

This is the fifth time Vietnamhas been elected to be a member of the Unesco Executive Board.
