Hong Kong Palace Museum to start operation in mid-2022

HONG KONG (China Daily/Asia News Network): Construction of the Hong Kong Palace Museum, a future cultural landmark of the city, will be completed in November, and the museum will open to the public in mid-2022.

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited, the project’s contractor, made the announcement during a media tour of the Hong Kong Palace Museum on Tuesday (Oct 26) morning. The visit is one of the series of events featuring China’s engineering prowess and the beauty of Chinese architecture.
