BEIJING: Crew members of the upcoming Shenzhou XIII mission will become the first Chinese to spend the nation’s most important festival, Spring Festival or Chinese Lunar New Year, in outer space.

The six-month journey will last from mid-October to mid-April; Spring Festival will be in early February.
