BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Panic buying was apparent at shops across the sultanate, a day after Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Mohd Isham Jaafar mentioned the possibility of enforcing a full lockdown should the public continue to flout health directives to curb the Covid-19 spread.

One retail store staff member reported that customers were already waiting in the car park as employees were about to open for business yesterday.
