Seventeen Myanmar nationals arrested for illegally entering Thailand

YANGON, June 12 (Eleven Media Group/ANN): Seventeen Burmese workers were arrested on the Thai side of the border on June 9 for illegally crossing the Burmese-Thai border.

At 11:30 pm on June 9, security forces and the administration reportedly stopped an ISUZU car near Mae Ku village, about a mile south of Mae Sot, and stopped it. Authorities arrested a total of 17 Burmese nationals, including 15 women.
