VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN): Thai police on Friday (April 30) returned a Lao woman who recently entered Thailand illegally in the company of two Thai men and later proved to be infected with Covid-19.

It is believed the woman is one of the superspreaders and should be responsible for triggering the first community outbreak of Covid-19 in Laos and police plan to initiate legal proceedings against her.
