Disputed property: Chung’s bungalow in Singapore.— The Straits Times/ANN

THE HOUSE that former China tour guide Yang Yin nearly swindled from a wealthy Singaporean widow is up for sale again at a lower price of S$25mil (RM76mil), or about S$785 (RM2,380) per sq ft of land area.

The bungalow was put up for sale by real estate consulting firm Edmund Tie on Jan 7, nearly three years after the previous tender in February 2018.
