Laos records over 6,000 crimes in 2020; govt mulls trial of Russian-made Covid-19 vaccine


VIENTIANE, Dec 20 (Xinhua): A total of 6,209 crimes were recorded in Laos in 2020, with drug trafficking being the most frequently occurring crime.

According to local daily Vientiane Times, a crime report was presented at a meeting in Lao capital Vientiane on Tuesday to summarize security operations in 2020, attended by Lao Minister of Public Security Vilay Lakhamfong and other officials.
