Vietnam experts propose solutions to boost agriculture industry


The Covid-19 pandemic has affected exports of local fresh vegetables and fruits. Experts and managers have proposed a number of mechanisms, policies and solutions to promote a sustainable agricultural system. — VNA/VNS

HANOI (Vietnam News/ANN): The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted local agricultural products and exports, especially to China, disrupting agricultural value chains and posing risks to farming households.

According to Dr Đào Thế Anh, deputy director of the Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the most affected agricultural products are fresh fruits, vegetables and aquatic products.
