ADB approves US$128mil loan to help expand power grid in Cambodia


PHNOM PENH, Sept 12 (Xinhua): The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a US$127.8mil loan to support the construction of transmission lines and substations in Cambodia, a bank press statement said on Friday (Sept 11).

The project will help provide Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia, and three other provinces with stable and reliable electricity supply, the statement said.
