MANILA (dpa): Two police officers were killed and two wounded when unidentified gunmen attacked their station in a town in the southern Philippines, a police report said on Sunday (June 14).
The gunmen opened fire at the municipal police station in Parang town on Jolo Island, 1,000 kilometres south of Manila, triggering a gunfight between them and police on Saturday evening, the report said.
