ALOR STAR: Kedah goalkeeper Mohd Helmi Eliza’s name has been highlighted in the local media for the wrong reason for the past several days.
Instead of being identified as the hardworking Kedah player who kept out Selangor in the FA Cup semi-finals, the 24-year-old is now better known for his “kung fu” style tackle that caught national striker Akmal Rizal Rakhli on the knee in the second-leg match in Shah Alam last Saturday.
