PETALING JAYA: Former Argentina and Manchester United star Juan Sebastian Veron has handed next year’s Frenz International Cup a big boost.

The 39-year-old has been appointed ambassador of South-East Asia’s premier youth football tournament, which is co-hosted by Indonesia and Malaysia from Jan 3-14.
