KUCHING: YKGI Holdings Bhd has carried out an internal reorganisation for the businesses of its three wholly-owned subsidiaries, two of which were set up last year.
The exercise involved the transfer of the entire equity of Asteel Sdn Bhd, Asteel (Bintulu) Sdn Bhd and Asteel (Sabah) Sdn Bhd to newly-established Asteel Resources Sdn Bhd whose principal activity is investment holdings.
