KUCHING: The High Court here has dismissed an ex-parte application by Padungan assemblyman Wong King Wei for an injunction against Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud from accepting his appointment as the Yang di-Pertua Negeri (TYT).
The court, however, advised Taib to relinquish all his commercial interests after being appointed Head of State.
