ONE of the oldest Hindu temples in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the Sri Muneswarar Kaliyaman Temple near Jalan P. Ramlee started off as a shrine more than 100 years ago.
Temple secretary Nalini Rani said although no one knew for certain when, the shrines for the deities Goddess Sri Kaliyaman and Lord Muneswarar were thought to have been placed there more than 100 years ago.
