PROPERTY developer GSD Land will hold its Chinese New Year open houses at its Penang island and mainland sales offices to welcome the Year of the Goat.

Guests can expect an exciting lineup of activities and cultural performances during the open house at the Sungai Ara sales gallery on Sunday between 10am and 6pm.
