The hotelier in Ireka

TWO weeks ago, Ireka Corp Bhd and its associate company Aseana Properties Ltd launched The RuMa Hotel and Serviced Residences Kuala Lumpur. To be located on a 1 acre plot at the Jalan Kia Peng-Changkat Kia Peng junction, it will occupy the land beside the Philippines Embassy.

At around the same time, Ireka's executive director Lai Voon Hon also officially unveiled Aloft Hotel KL Sentral. At the Aloft press conference, Lai was asked if he was going to sell the Aloft Hotel anytime soon. Lai simply says “there is no price yet” and he “was not selling at the moment.”
