Hisham: Joint anti-terror air patrols may be launched soon


KUANTAN: A joint air patrol may be launched soon due to the increasing terror threats in the region, said Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein.

"We have to go all out to prevent the Islamic State (IS) from landing here. Asean countries are committed in this effort and we will begin a maritime patrol in the region in the nearest time," he said.
