Miri folk of all faiths visit Buddhist temples

MIRI: Miri City celebrated Wesak Day in a spirit of multi-racial solidarity with Buddhists here receiving goodwill visits from Muslims, Christians, Indians and other ethnic communities.

Sarawak assistant minister for tourism Datuk Lee Kim Shin, Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) secretary-general Datuk Sebastian Ting and Miri City councillors led the visits to Buddhist temples here yesterday.
