Landslide-hit Teluk Bahang road reopens


The road was reopened a week after it collapsed due to a landslide in Teluk Bahang

GEORGE TOWN: Jalan Ujung Batu in Teluk Bahang, which was closed after it collapsed due to a landslide last week, was reopened at 7.30am Friday.

Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, who officiated at the "opening," said only light vehicles can use the road from 7.30am to noon after which it is open to all vehicles.
