Dr Wee: ECRL agreement only outlines project's framework

KUALA LUMPUR: The agreement for the East Coast Railway Line (ECRL) is not set in stone, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic), pointing out that the memorandum of understanding between China and Malaysia only outlined the project's framework.

"It is not a contract per se. Based on this memorandum of understanding, we will work out the details.
