Duterte skips Asean – US summit attended by Obama

VIENTIANE: Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte skipped the Asean - US summit here on Thursday, which is attended by President Barack Obama.

Officials attending the summit said the Philippines Foreign Minister Perfecto Yasay read Duterte's statement on his behalf.
