PETALING JAYA: A burst water pipe is causing a massive traffic jam in Cheras.
According to The Star Traffic team head Priscilla Patrick, the burst water pipe on the Grand Saga Expressway, near to the Cheras Leisure Mall, was triggered by MRT works.
