Kejara system and more AES cameras later this year


KUALA LUMPUR: The Kejara demerit points system will be implemented later this year, while more cameras will be added to the automatic enforcement system (AES), says Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai (pic).

The two systems, cumulatively known as the Automated Awareness Safety System (Awas), are being implemented to reduce traffic accidents and currently awaiting Cabinet approval.
