SHAH ALAM: A call from a member of the public demanding to know why Pos Laju prepaid envelopes sold online were cheaper than those bought at postal outlets led the authorities to uncover a scam that could have cost Pos Malaysia substantial losses if gone undetected.
Following investigations, Pos Malaysia and the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry seized counterfeit Pos Laju prepaid envelopes worth RM99,300 in Northport, Port Klang, recently.
