‘Penang undersea tunnel cannot be toll-free’

GEORGE TOWN: The main contractor for the Penang undersea tunnel said the Second Bridge will lose out if the tunnel is toll-free.

“If the tunnel is toll-free, the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge will lose its traffic volume.
