KUALA LUMPUR: The fee for the service provider of the Automatic Awareness Security System (AWAS), namely the Armed Forces Fund Board (LTAT), is being negotiated, the Senate was told.
Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Abdul Aziz Kaprawi said the negotiation took into account the acquisition by LTAT and its subsidiary of the system which was formerly known as the Automated Enforcement System (AES).
