Hadi: Former PM told PAS to pass hudud laws in Kelantan


SHAH ALAM: PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang claims that after the Islamist party’s landslide victory in the 1990 general election in Kelantan, the prime minister then asked PAS to pass hudud laws in the state assembly.

"After we won the 1990 elections in Kelantan, the prime minister at the time, I am not going to mention his name, asked us to pass hudud laws in the state assembly.
