KUALA LUMPUR: The family of Ahmad Sarbaini Mohamed, the Selangor Customs assistant director who was found dead while in the custody of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in 2011, has not been filing court papers properly.
They risk having their civil suit struck out if they fail to file their court papers within the stipulated time.
