KOTA KINABALU: No quota has been fixed with regard the number of permits issued to fishermen and boat operators in the areas under curfew, says Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) commander Datuk Abdul Rashid Harun.
He said the issuance of permits is at the discretion of the Sabah Police Commissioner and the district police chiefs of the six affected areas under the Eastern Sabah Security Zone (Esszone).
