PETALING JAYA: Selangor’s top cop has warned that action will be taken against those who take the law into their own hands.
State police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Samah Mat said the public only have the power to perform a citizen’s arrest should they come across a suspected criminal.
